UoL
Syracuse
G-Town
(as the accomplishments span a longer period of time)
UConn - more recent
UC - mostly pre-UCLA
Villanova - spans time
Marquette - mostly druing UCLA time
Memphis is no doubt on the outside looking in at that group of 7 without a title, but with one would perhaps pass Villanova and Marquette and approach UC on a prestige scale.
There are not many BB programs with a better resume than the UoL - you could argue Kentucky, Indiana and of course the one that will take some time to catch up with, UCLA. They are possibly in the same category as Kansas, Duke and NC; not sure. Do not tell the hacks that.
IF you did it like each round you moved up got a point, and you added them all up it would look like this.
Regiona Round (Field of 64) = 1
Second Round (Field of 32) = 2
Regional Semifinals (Sweet Sixteen) = 3
and so on.
01.) Louisville Cardinals = 238
02.) Georgetown Hoyas = 217
03.) Syracuse Orange = 196
04.) Villanova Wildcats = 183
05.) Connecticut Huskies = 174
06.) Cincinnati Bearcats = 161
07.) Marquette Golden Eagles = 144
08.) Notre Dame Fighting Irish = 127
09.) St. John's Red Storm = 122
10.) DePaul Blue Demons =95
11.) West Virginia Mountaineers = 85

13.) Providence Friars = 68
