The 2010 NCAA Tournament started with an upset as the #11 Old Dominion Monarchs stunned the #6 Notre Dame Fighting Irish 51-50 in South Region action on Thursday.

While Frank Hassell was the story for Old Dominion, scoring 15 points and grabbing 9 rebounds, the story of the game was the absence of Irish center Luke Harangody who played 23 minutes but put just 4 points on the board after shooting 2-9 from the field.

Old Dominion will now face the winner of the Baylor-Sam Houston St. matchup.
