ND saying no to Big Ten is probably pretty accurate though from where the reports are headed lately.

Also the texas schools appear to be not interested in the Big Ten but would likely have a shot at the SEC if they so desire.

That makes sense. The Big Ten adds the 3 teams that they need/want, and Notre Dame joining would have been a massive bonus.
