RE: Is "Directional U" for You?
I came across this thread today. I normally do not like to bring back old threads, but I think it is applicable today. In light of what we are seeing wrt to potential options and conflicting visions for the conference, I think the BE is having this exact same discussion as we speak. What are your thoughts?

I was looking for something different, and I forgot about this thread. I chuckled at first, but then it hit me between the eyes...WE ARE SEEING THIS SCENARIO PLAY OUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR EYES!!!!!! Maybe I started this thread too soon, because now I think it is more relevant than ever before, because we are seeing a true division between the current BE members on who makes the most sense for coming into the BE. And rest assured, there are a whole wide variety of diverging opinions. Hell, Navy vs ECU is one prime example right there...playing out right in front of our eyes as we speak!

I'll bet that UCF is wishing that they had named themselves "University of Orlando" right about now.

Would the mascot have been the Foo Fighters or the Greys?

Do you think the UC president feels the same way or are you talking as a fan? Just curious.
