He's a UofL fan, so you might want to shut your mouth on attendance. Call us when Temple starts drawing more than flies for anyone besides Nova or when you beat a MAC team that finishes over .500.

Suddenly Loserville turned into Alabama. Nice job against FIU.

Temple smack. 03-lmfao You and victory engineer are immature 22 or 23 year olds with wildly misguided views of Temple. You got kicked out of a AQ conference for a reason. You've improved since then but not even come close to enticing an AQ league to invite you back despite what you think. Have fun in the MAC.

In all honesty, if performance could get you kicked out of AQ, the BE would be left with only one team by now and even they would have gotten kicked out last year.

IMHO Villanova politics and Temple's administration immaturity destroyed the programs time in the BE. It was the goal of Nova to present the garbage they have just presented to the BE; To upgrade for money not for the sake of bettering the BE FB offerings. Nova knows they will never be competitive in FBS but they see a parking lot loaded with luxury cars. (Compare to UCONN's investment to move up). I'd dump all the BB schools tomorrow, just to get rid of Nova and it would be worth it.

They will always represent utter selfish stupidity.

To be 23 again (I guess I was fan and signed up as a 15-16 yo on here?).... I would assume since I was a season ticket holder and donor to the Temple program when we were kicked out I have a pretty good idea of what went down... where as Lousiville was not even in the picture.

Temple has no one to blame but themselves but they met the asanine cretieria set forth by the big east all the while underminning the program spending money for promotion and busing in crowds with free tickets instead of spending money on the program, all as a partial member.

Isn't there a MAC football board to discuss MAC teams?

I agree, but some of our own posters still believe Temple is an optimum expansion target.

If Nova is still on the table I think we need to discuss Temple. But does anyone really have any idea who's on and who's off the table?

Also don't sleep on the MAC this year. Toledo almost pulled the upset of #15 Ohio State last week. Toledo may play Boise just as tough this week.

I'm actually worried about Miami, Otto. Akron, not so much, but definitely Miami.

Im very worried about toledo. They are expected to win the Mac this year. They almost beat OSU and SU has to play them after they get back from a possible whoopin at USC.

A lot will depend on what Toledo does against Boise St this week to determine if these guys are for real or not.

Tell that to the Syracuse poster who started the thread.

Also I guess there is also an ACC board to discuss Maryland, right? Didn't hear that complaint yet.

And a CUSA and B12 board to discuss those schools as well. But if you talk about Kansas or Baylor, nobody says go to the B12 boards.

RE: BC , Maryland and Temple
How do we as Temple fans prove that we will out number PSU by a large margin this weekend???? I had pictures of the Mayors Cup game and was accused of using a clown lense...

Your resonable wish is my demand.... Nova fans love to stake claim to our opening night numbers but all indications are that Temple will have 40-50k fans at the game.... Including 12k+ students.

I would love a way for the the nay sayers to be convinced ....

And if Temple does bring 40-50k+ to the game does that change your opinion?

RE: BC , Maryland and Temple
If Temple brings over 40K to every home game, it will change the perception, dude. But I doubt anything else will...

It's kind of like how The BEast has to win more than one BCS Championship to change our perception nationwide. Temple is in a similar boat...
