Those schools are gone, you really need to get over it.

18 inches of snow, trees down all over the state (80% of the state is forest), half don't have electricity, etc. Things are not back to "normal" yet. Even so, the stadium appeared to be at least 90% full. Not a bad showing.

After a Cat 5 hurricane, I'm sure there wouldn't be an empty seat at ECU.

Actually I dont think there was...wasnt the USM-ECU game a few years ago right after one of the major hurricanes?

Well, since you brought it up, Hurricane Floyd flooded out our entire town so we moved the game to Raleigh and drew over 50K back when our capacity in G'Ville was only 43K...

It is official. ECU fans were the biggest babies during the realignment process.. It is an everyday thing. They have not even mentioned the tail kicking they got from Southern Miss last night. Another team that is getting shafted but should be picked over ECU as well.

Good God give it a rest. Like I'm sure ucf,smu and Houston fans know we draw a much bigger crowd than they do. I'm sick of seeing all these whining posts, and believe me noone thinks we should be in an aq any more than I do. I mean sure we have a more passionate fan base, better attendance, arguably, Would have a bigger TV following but apparently that's just not good enough. If the big east can't see that then oh well. There is no amount of smack talk on these boards that will change it. So to fans of the schools that are going: congratulations I hope y'all enjoy it and your programs succeed.

It won't happen. Let me give you an example: I'm pretty much hiring people 100% of the time. When I get a resume and it has "USF" or "Louisville" (etc.) on it, I throw it in the trash. I also loudly encourage my fellow C-USA alums to do the same. I will still be doing the same thing in 20 years if USM and ECU don't have an equal seat at the table.
