Nice job cats,cards and huskies!

Why is it that Cincy fans, more than anyone else, seem to want to put down Syracuse, Pitt, and WVU? Maybe it's envy that no other AQ conference has approached Cincy?

I don't want to go anywhere else. i think new big east will be a great conference. I want to stay in it and hopefully be one of the better teams.

Rath don't waste your time....Quo will just agree with you and you are giving him a chance to now rag on usf, rag on uc, rag on the big east etc etc etc. I still question if he's really a usf/big east fan after all this time.

Wow. I don't feign to think for the original poster but it seems he was happy that the remaining schools beat the departing ones. This, after a drumbeat by the media for the past three weeks that the Big East was dead because it was losing its strength.

Seems rational and not at all hateful to me.

Nothing against cheering against the Fredos. The one thing that made this board great is most BE fans generally stick together other than guys like Quo Vadis. Hopefully, the new fans will also join us with the same us against world mentality. It is more fun when we can cheer our conference mates against OOC competition.

FWIW, I'm already in Pitt's corner next week. I want to see some distance between us and UL in the standings.

Sorry, but, win the BE first. Display conference loyalty second.

Yea that's what I don't get. Bit if you could entertain my question for a sec, what happened with WVU's defense? I mean did they really lose that much? A nose tackle and a couple of guys in the secondary but the defensive coordinator and the schemes are the same right?

What's there to respond to? Whether GU/USF have displayed envy or not in the past is irrelevant.

WVU, Syracuse, and Pitt are still competing as Big East programs and will for some time to come. Their fans on this board deserve respect and it's juvenile to call their schools silly names.
