Everyone should just cool down. CUSA is going to be fine (or the merger actually) and the Big East is going to be fine. Neither is going to be considered a great conference so quit hating on each other. Grats to UH UCF and SMU. I hate to really see Houston go as we have a great history wtih them over the life of CUSA. The other two havent really been around enough to have developed much with especially SMU. I look forward to the future of the merger. Everyone is going to be fine. There is still going to football and the BCS to screw everyone not in the SEC.

I don't mean to troll here, but what is it exactly that you loathe so much about us? Is it the fans? I can understand that, some leave much sportsmanship to be desired...but it cant be that since you seem like you would be a hypocrite there with a post like this one. Is it the program? That I cannot understand because I thought when we were in the spotlight we represented c-USA well. Certainly not the best at times but well. I even have a shirt specifically for the one we played this year! "I survived the Marshall Monsoon"

Loathe is a strong word. My dislike is due mostly to the fans of UCF. Many (not all) seem to think UCF = UF (or some other extremely well established football playing university)...basically their $hit doesn't stink. Now, I went to pharmacy school with a UCF fan and he was a pretty great guy and a good fan. I would say the rest of my dislike is due to UCF not wanting to stick it out in a good/growing conference. I am very happy that Marshall is not going to this new effed up Big East. It's no better than what we have now...maybe even worse. I can guarantee that Louisville, UConn, Rutgers, and Cincy are bolting as soon as they can find another home. I wish the defectors the best of luck...I think you'll need it. LOL
