key bowl people are very WORRIED!!!!!!!!!! about the makeup of the new BIG EAST.........WHY?????? outside of WVU and Louisville the BE schools don't travel well to bowl games. these bowl people want the BE to add a school with a great fan base, travels well win or lose, SELLS ITS TICKET ALLOTMENT TO ITS BOWL GAMES!!!!! its about paid fannys in seats at the bowl game.......its about great fans filling hotel rooms,and eating and drinking in resturants in these bowl cities. the school these bowl people want added to the BE is ECU, for the reasons listed. its not about tv market, its about fans that SHOW UP!!!!! these bowl people mean business, add a school with real FAN SUPPORT.........they, the bowl people, with seats to fill , tickets to sell,hotel rooms to fill, are the ones pushing the Big East, for the addition of ECU get it!!!!!!!

Look, you can keep posting this, but I doubt bowls are going to say "now that you have East Carolina Big East you're going to be ok!" So no, the Big East isn't adding ECU because only ECU can save the Big East, or traveling, or anything else.

ECU doesn't look like they'll be going to a bowl game anytime soon, so to say that they would be added for BOWL ATTENDANCE is a stupid statement.
