I agree for the most part unless a team like Kansas steps up asking to join the B1G (and of course they'd need a partner which would most likely be either Iowa St or Kansas St) which would cause a whole nother cycle if B12 raids BE and BE feels the need to replace 2 teams. 03-banghead

RE: Question about Big Ten expansion.
Also, shouldn't this be in the realignment thread?

The was an earlier attempt to bring some B10 fans to this board from CR. As you can see, its going to take some work to get them here.

I live in Ann Arbor... ain't any MSU fans here, and most my friends would think this would be stupid. I could maybe get 1 or 2 friends to do it.

The best partner for Kansas would be Missouri. Iowa is not large enough for two teams to come from the state as far as Big Ten membership goes. Quite frankly, neither is the state of Kansas.

Luoisville possibly as a long shot? Would strengthen sports all around in the B1G.

I just don't think they are there yet. If we Had to expand to 16 at some point in the future then its possible but for now they just dont move the bar enough.

RE: Question about Big Ten expansion.
Kind of just joking, but how about "The Big Conference" or The Big 'ens, Big Ones.

That is sorta how they tried to rebrand as, thus B1G.
