1.) Cincy is still in C-USA, so this is still your conference's loss, not ours (BE). The only reason you even mentioned the Big East was to fire a shot.

2.) It's pretty obvious that this is a rebuilding period under Mark Dantonio.

3.) With the above said, it still pretty hard for many teams to sugarcoat a loss to Army.

I feel bad for the Bearcat fans.. they were expecting big things this season in Gino's senior year.

Exactly...and nothing to do with the Big East...this year. :stupid: So, your whole point of even bringing up the Big East was to try and mock us. Nice try. 05-nono

Your the ones that still wanted them in your conference. They arent apart technically but it still makes your football conference look bad when the team that they wanted loses to army to end one of the longest losing streaks in the nation.

Gino had pretty good #'s 25-39, 350 yds, 4 tds.....unfortunately he can't run and catch the ball as well..

Cincy had 5 FUMBLES...That's how they lost...pathetic...

Memphis fans talk all you want...I think you have 1 CUSA bowl apperance to our 4.

If they make our conference look bad, what does that say about your conference...the conference they're actually in now? Talk to me next year if/when Cincy tanks one as a Big East team. In the meantime, this is your embarassment, not ours.

So who claimed that Cincy would be a major football power in the Big East???? What has Memphis accomplished in the past decade that makes them sooooo much better than Cincy? In terms of football there's no difference, but in terms of B-Ball Cincy makes all the C-USA teams in the past decade look like junk, and yes that's including Louisville.

What you're not understanding is that most of talk on this board centers around the the NBE. So when the new members does well, it goes something like "look at what the NBE teams did today".

But now outside of Louisville they're not looking so hot and now it's, "well they're still in CUSA so it makes them look bad".

Truth is this isn't making CUSA look bad since they are leaving. It makes the BE looks bad because they invited them.

I agree with you on this point, get back with me in 2005.
