Man, I love the idea of this helmet:


I wish I were skilled at photoshop. I'd love to see our helmet image as large as this on our helmets. Taking up most of the space on the side and darn near touching the midline on the top. Then making the beak come all the way forward like this helmet.

Fill the space. Then it won't look like the Ravens helmet, either.

Current helmet is just fine. You don't see the mother ship up I35 changing their helmet.

I'm not trying to be confrontational in my reply. I understand your point about the current helmet being fine, but I could care less about the mother ship. Helmet changes occur throughout college football a lot. I won't be surprised if we also make changes over time. Since we are moving to C-USA, I would expect a uniform/helmet change before 2013.

I agree slow...They will be upgraded with the influx of money and prestige of C-USA..

I would like for them to remove the "UTSA" from the helmet but we are just starting off and we need to build our brand and recognition.

and make it large on the first helmet. Just the bird, without the UTSA on it.

I love the idea of just the bird on the sides of the helmet but what if we kept the "UTSA" enlarged across the bottom, back of the helmet?
