Predictions for the BE on future make up
It's looking more and more likely that Boise will not be joining the BE conference. I also think SDSU will be readmitted to the Mountain as well and the westward expansion will stall out in Texas. With that in mind, here is what I think the BE conf will look like for 2013 and 2015:
Rutgers
UCONN
UL
Cincy
USF
UH
SMU
UCF
Temple
Memphis
Navy (2015)
Nova (2015)
This is a fine conference for all sports. It basically gets the band back together and rekindles all of those lost rivalries from the old CUSA. Most schools have to be ecstatic. Add in Navy for 2015 and Nova to get to 12 for a championship game. Thoughts?

I will be a good Samaritan and keep your thread from dying. In 2015?
Cincinnati
USF
UCF
Houston
SMU
Memphis
Temple
Southern Miss
Tulane
Tulsa
East Carolina
Marshall
I think USF and Cincinnati are gonna get screwed. I also think 14 is the best number for conferences and not 16. Every conference will play 6 division foes and 3 non-division foes and 3 O.O.C. games.
UConn, Rutgers, and Louisville will find homes somewhere- Possibly all 3 to The Big 12 with BYU. The basketball schools will be fine and get 4 or 5 other school to join them like Butler, VCU, George Mason, St.Louis ect.
Also I have nothing against Marshall but I went back and forth on putting them there ahead of a wildcard like Navy (football only of course) or perhaps an up and coming wildcard like UTSA, Charlotte, or better yet a team on the rise like Northern Illinois, LA Tech, Toledo or FIU. The whole market thing that is so damn important.
Basically it is C-USA all over again with a few good pick-ups that were casualties of realignment while dropping schools that really did not help themselves like Rice and UAB. UTEP will end up in the MWC before the pieces are all together and will probably try to get in the New Big East but fail.

+2. That is most definitively the best case scenario for the C-USA and MWC fans of those schools.
