If there is that much demand, it's not like a provider isn't going to buy the first 2 games because they aren't getting the final game.
Oh and since we are discussing these teams going to the B12, Texas also had a non-conf baseball game picked up by ESPN3
Only one game of the three game weekend series was at Clemson.
The past two years, and likely for years to come, we play a home and home then one neutral site game over the weekend. Last year's neutral site was at Fluor Field in Greenville, this year's was at Patriot Park in Charleston. I would imagine in the next few years we will play in Fort Mill at Knights Stadium (home of the White Sox AAA affiliate the Charlotte Knights) and in Myrtle Beach at Ticketreturn.com Field (Home of the Rangers High-A affiliate the Myrtle Beach Pelicans) That way fans from all corners of the state get to enjoy the two elite in-state teams in person.

For a fan, it's obviously a lot better to watch the game on the TV screen. ESPN3 can be pretty crappy (at least in my experience). It would be nice to have a deal where if ESPN isn't going to put the game on their family of networks on actual broadcast TV then the team may do as they please with that game.
Quite frankly, the market is moving towards a more online distribution. Online is a way to provide the product to the people that actually want to watch it. Look at the issues that ESPN and the LHN are having getting cable companies in Texas to buy into the network.
And I've never really had an issue with ESPN3. If the quality is poor, it would be poor regardless of the medium.
While I agree that online streaming is going to be a more common method of distribution in the future, I will say that I have had issues with ESPN3's quality and it would have been significantly better on DirecTV.
I think an interesting prospect for the future is streaming to the TV through devices like AppleTV.
