Holy crap Friday and Saturday nights Hampton Roads had a light show! Hope everyone made it through ok.

I was at a friend's on Saturday, in their pool and a bee kept alighting on the surface of the water. I got the idea to submerge an air-filled toy ball below the bee and release it. The bee took off and circled back to attack...

I evidentially scared the bee-jeezus out of him.

Ugh I have to travel to NoVA on Friday and then to West Virginia over the weekend. Stupid extended family crap. Its not even my side of the family! Her family lives in the sticks were mine live in civilization.

Ugh selling a house is a pain in the ass.

We've sent down 3/5's of our starting rotation from opening day and the number 1 pitcher, Jason Hammel, just had knee surgery.

I know how you feel. I am a mets fan and our bullpen is a joke. Can anyone save a game... our starters need to throw complete games if we want to win.

haha wasn't my friends or anyone they were with. if/when I ever get up with my friends at the beach I'll ask them. I don't have a direct contact with them its through someone else whenever they all get together.

That'd be sweet. I was talking with a buddy once who had gone to the north shore the week before the pipe masters and was accidentally left his flops on the beach just about right in front of what is now the volcom house. He got home and realized he left them there but was watching the masters on tv some time later and he claims he saw a shot of kelly slater walking up the beach and bending over and picking the flops up. Whether its true or not I don't know but he claims it is.
