I included an article by Klein that analyzed the opponents of both TU and OSU. To keep from skewing the resuklts in the long run, I gave them each a half so that OU's numbers wouldn't be effected. And once again, OU has the bye week.

I was pretty disappointed in two articles I had to count for TU on this list since they were only about two senteces long. I wonder if the people at the TW read this site? I may have to change tactics next month and not count any story less than a couple of papragraphs.

*I have to provide an explanation here about the OU number. Today the TW included an extensive series of highlights on the career of Barry Switzer. It amounted to 3 "full" pages of print. It would have been unfair to count the number of bylines as articles and equally unfair to simply count a full page as one article or the entire 3 pages as one. So I leniently divided each full page into two halves and gave them 6 story points. There was also a story about how to fix OU QB Landry Jones for a total of 7. IMO this is whats wrong with coverage in the TW and something I can't prove, but needs to be delt with. I counted two articles that were no more than a couple of sentences yesterday as TU points and today gave the same credence to OU's extensive print on Switzer. Noone could count the space given each team accurately, but OU's points this morning are a "gift" as far as I'm concerned. And this is their week off BTW.
