Will the Big East guaranteed payout be larger than or the same as C-USA, MAC, MWC and Sunbelt?

Our "score" that they used to justify this thing may not have been in the same neighborhood as the SEC, Big 10, Big 12, ACC and Pac 12, but it was much higher than the other four conferences.

That is what we are all waiting to find out.

Its' more than double the combined score of the rest. That said, I don't know. Revenue sharing details have been very fuzzy to this point. I expect to hear something more later tonight.

If not, that's an epic fail on the part of the Big East brass.

I hate to say it, but I agree. I think it's important that the Big East's guaranteed payout end up somewhere in the middle of the top 5 and bottom 4 conferences.

I think when this is all said and done there will be the big 5, the Big East, and then the little 4. The Big East will be the middle tier and will be there by themselves. (Technically the ACC should be there as well.....as we all know.)

Good position to start at for the nBE & its leadership in preparation for the next deal only 12 years from now... The long game!
