Pretty much every ACC school has alumni meetings at bars/restaurants to game watch in NYC.

It isn't in the Bronx, and I've never been, but I hear "Blarney Rock" is a good Syracuse bar. I know a BUNCH of SU fans go there for the BE Tourney every year.
