Yup that's everything I've heard as well. It does not make sense to separate Penn State, Rutgers and Maryland. It also makes sense to reunite Illinois and Northwestern in the same division.

Yeah, in the short term they are the one's getting screwed but this is all just short term.

There is a plan in motion, we are moving to 16 and we will get those new NCAA rules.

Depending on where our next two moves are, Wisconsin will get grouped up with either Minnesota, Illinois and Northwestern or a group with Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska.

Delaney said that wasn't accurate during the Rutgers press conference.

I wouldn't be shocked if they did something to balance out the divisions but put Michigan and Ohio State in the same division.

The other thing that they have to do is keep RU, PSU and UMD together. If you want this northeast corridor gamble to work we do need that.

Bloodbath. Indiana will never not see the basement in football again.

RE: Divisions
Yeah, that one is a bit too strong in comparison. The good news is, we wont have to worry too much about two division set ups.

I do think the rumor about MD and RU moving in with PSU while Illinois moves out is probably the best choice for now.

It will all get shuffled up when we hit 16.
