Well... 2 more are leaving - I really really really hope we are not left in the giant pile of burning garbage for much longer. It's turning into an embarrassment.

Well, as we have been saying for months, our dear AD should have been talking to the MWC. There is still quite a few changes to come, the Big 10, SEC, the Big 12 and the ACC aren't finished yet but in the mean time we need to get in the MWC...........NOW!!! If it's begging time, start begging!!! UTEP and Tulsa should be the obvious choices.....I don't know what happens to Rice. The thing that scares me, is Rice might get the nod over Tulsa because they are in Houston.....scary, isn't it. Dear Tulsa AD, Mr P.....get us in the MWC as soon as possible!!!!

Just heard some good news from a reliable source - everything will be fine. We have 2 options, both of which are way better than the current C-USA. Just sit back and wait for it to happen.

I really think Tulane leaving is a good thing from the standpoint of us being pushed closer to the MWC - something I've always invisioned. Its one less reason to stay in this mess. I still think we should approach the MWC as a group (UTEP, TU, NT, LT, USM and probably Rice) to form an eastern division of the MWC - Call it the Mountain-South?

On another note, the AD will probably get canned and we need a bonafide acting AD to take the reigns quickly. We may once again be left out of the mix. Who hired the present AD BTW? Was it Bubba? Was RP vetted?
