Georgia Tech and UVA will have a tough time getting out of the ACC after signing the $50 million buyout; Maryland and FSU were the only ones that didn't agree to it. And I think Navy as a football only member has a better shot of getting picked up by the ACC than Cincinnati; supposedly Navy had more support last week when they were voting on who to add than Cincinnati did.

alot of misinformation is floating around about the exit fee. first off it is not a contract between the membership like the GOR signed by the big 12. the exit fee was added to the EXISTING BYLAWS that govern the ACC. every member including Maryland & FSU agreed to the fee in 2011. both voted against a increase in the % used to calculate the amount but are still bound by it because it was approved by a majority vote as required by the bylaws.
