Crap is one thing, game tying punt return that was blown dead and blocked for by two Tulsa players that came off the sideline is a travesty and a fvcking joke.

There was no whisle blown on that play -- thus it was never blown dead. UCF players nearest the ball did not even look in the direction of the ref in question and never saw him signaling the play as dead. Instesd they were following the ball with their eye and instantly gave chase when Watts picked up the ball and ran with it.
