Who do you have on your OOC schedule in the coming years that has you excited?
We've been very fortunate at Middle since our AD(Chris Massaro) was hired. We've hosted an AQ school every year since his arrival, until this year that is.
2006-Louisville(in Nashville)
2007-Virginia(lost on a last second FG)
2008-Maryland(W)
2009-Miss State
2010-Minnesota(lost by a TD, with our starting QB suspended)
2011-Georgia Tech
We also are wrapping up a seven year home and home with Memphis, which doesn't seem like as big a deal now, but when it was signed we were still coming into our own and Memphis was on the heels of the D Williams era, flash forward and we lead the series 4-1 with a home game in 2013 and one last trip to Memphis in 2014.
In 2013 we start a home and home with BYU, we'll host the Cougs in 2014.
The big one that has us all very excited is a four year home and home with Vandy starting in Murfreesboro in 2015. We beat the Dores the last three times we've played them(01, 02, 05) the last time being Cutler's senior season, game won on a last second blocked field goal and the loss denied them a bowl game(which would have been their first in over twenty years) that year. All three games were in Nashville and they actually bought out the series with us twice previously, so we're pumped to get them on the schedule again, especially at home.
We play at Texas A&M next year - our first game with the Aggies since the break-up of the SWC. It also may feature our first game against a Heisman Trophy winner in I can't recall how long (we've played plenty of Heisman winners the year they won it including RGIII last year - in fact, we've done a huge part in helping them get their Heismans).

UTSA has one of the toughest OOC schedules over the next few years, including many PAC-12 and BIG XII teams, and not the bottom-dwellers either. Here are the years after 2013:
2014:
@Houston
Arizona
@Oklahoma State
@Kansas State
New Mexico
(one of the game will likely need to be rescheduled or canceled assuming an 8-game CUSA schedule)
2015:
at Arizona
Kansas State
at Oklahoma State
Colorado State
2016:
Arizona State
at Colorado State
2017:
at Baylor
at Colorado State
2018:
at Arizona State
Baylor
at Kansas State
Colorado State

What an OOC schedule. UTSA really swung for the fences. I'm hoping our conference stability really firms up so we clean up our 2014 schedule.
Currently: (note these aren't all "excitement" games... see TxState, WKU, SAlabama). There were discussions for a game/games(?) with TAMU.
2013 - Texas State (didn't even realize we had that one), @Nebraska, @Boise State, @Arkansas
2014 - @Mississippi State, @BYU
2015 - Mississippi State (this is one of those few games, I don't want moved!), Florida State (rumoured), BYU
2016 - @LSU (if it don't get postponed.. AGAIN!), Western Kentucky,
2017 - @ Tennessee
2020 - South Alabama
2021 - @South Alabama
