4400 fans and only 40 Longhorns. I thought it was odd. I guess Houston is an Aggie town, with sprinkles of horns and coogs.

1 season where A&M had the highest rated TV game in Houston. Still didn't beat UT-Tech in 08 or the 09 UT-Neb Big 12 championship game.

So then why schedule it for that date? That is embarrassing no matter how one tries to frame it.

Exactly! JML2010 always babbles same sh** every day, every week, all year long!

Still better than anything Tech has EVER done (unless you want to argue people were watching that game to see Tech....Bwahahahahahaaaaa!)

Nobody cares about Texas Tech!

Keep desperately clinging to one number from 4 years ago to pretend you are relevant. You get to enjoy it until this September when A&M vs Alabama blows it out of the water....and then what will you cling to?

LOL- Not sure why I even bother arguing with a T-shirt aggy fan who is getting an overpriced education at TCU.

2012 A&M-Bama 9.6 still couldn't beat 2008 UT-Tech 16.2, 2008 Tech-OU 11.6, 2009 Tech-UT 10.9 and narrowly beat 2008 OSU-Tech 9.4

2012 Miz-A&M( ESPN 2) 3.94, 2012 A&M-Arkansas (ESPN 2) still couldn't beat the highest rated ESPN 2 game in Houston. Tech-Houston 7.9 on ESPN 2.

2008 UT-Tech ABC 16.2
2009 UT-Neb ABC 15.7
2012-13 A&M-OU FOX 14.9 Cotton
2009 UT-A&M ESPN 13.8
2009 Flor-Ala CBS 12.3
2008 Tech-OU ABC 11.6
2008 UT-OU ABC 10.9
2009 Tech-UT ABC 10.9
2009 UT-OU ABC 10.8
2011 UH-USM ABC 10.6
2008 OSU-UT ABC 10.2
2012 A&M-Alabama CBS 9.6
2011 OU-UT ABC 9.5
2008 OSU-Tech ABC 9.4
2008 OU-OSU ABC 9.3
2008 Flor-Ala CBS 9.1
2009 KU-UT ABC 9
2009 UT-OSU ABC 8.9
2011 OSU-A&M ABC 8.4
2011 UT-Bay ABC 8.2
2012 Ala-Geor CBS 7.93
2011 UT-A&M ESPN 7.9
2009 Tech-Hou ESPN2 7.9
2009 UT-Mizz ABC 7.7
2011 OSU-UT ABC 7.7

Fans in Houston only tune into aggy games so they can see the fake army corp hump each other, catch the occasional fat co-ed kiss a fat dude in overalls while doing some stupid "whoop" yell or catch the highest ranking member of said fake corp bark needlessly at a TV camera.

There is a reason most of the state laughs at aggy and why the Tech Admin didn't throw a hissy fit when aggy wanted to run off to the SEC. For the most part our fans want nothing to do with the delusional pricks in College Station. ( Disclaimer: Our AD wants to play A&M in ALL sports on equal terms but nothing less. We won't play on the LHN during football season and we won't bow down to aggy)

Finally, if nobody cares about Tech, then why does a T-shirt aggy fan who goes to TCU waste so much time on a school that is so irrelevant? Maybe because the 29th largest fan supported school in the nation in the 2nd largest state demands attention. We are a threat to the delusional punks in College Station and they know it. Tommy is gone and our swagger is back.

Bring on the 2013 Bama-A&M game because a good portion of this state will be cheering for the tide. Go Bama.

Alamo Mike McKinney and Stinkbait Bill Byrnes won't be able to make ridiculous claims about Tech in the future. Maybe they can attack Arkansas/LSU and label them as "classless clowns" in the aggy media guide.

Yep, no rivalry at all. Let me know when our Admin stoops to the level of the aggy admin.

For our resident t-shirt aggy fan that actually went/goes to TCU.

This was the infamous Marvin Godbolt game where he claimed Tech wouldn't score. LOL 70-35 Tech

We welcomed our new friends to the Big 12 by selling out their stadium and beating them in OT with the worst HC we have had since the early 80's.

RE: UT-UCLA thread on big east board
Poor irrelevant Tech!

No Heisman winners ever

No national titles ever

And not a single outright conference title since the Eisenhower administration

You are a joke of an athletic department who only got into the Big 12 because of politics, not because you were wanted!

We bid you adieu by beating your sand fleas rejects in EVERY SINGLE SPORT for the last 3 years. Everything.

You can cry and bluster all you like about me being a t-shirt but that can't change ANY of those facts above.

Tech is a parasite stealing from a host that desperately wishes it could **** you out and flush you down the toilet back where you belong

LOL...Whatever. Congratz on a lucky Triple OT win. Tubby is a good coach, 12-0 at Auburn is no joke.

As much as as our respective fan bases would hate it, I can see value in teaming up with Houston in taking down whorn & aggy. UH will have to think in larger terms than a 40K seat stadium and get around 50-60K with 30K season tickets and people will take notice. Otherwise it's Tech fighting the 2 big schools who won't let anyone in their elite academic/athletic club.

Houston has a real city and the potential for more. Tech will always be Tech. Always pretending to be more. At least SMU knows its place.

This is what I see. I think if SMU could attract more students and increase enrollment till no more than 20k, you guys already have 12k, then you guys can probably eventually draw 35-40k.
