Next Year
It could be the best year in Big East football history. Three new bowl winning teams, Boise, UCF, and SMU plus SDSU, UH and Memphis fighting it out with Cincinnati, UConn and the rest for the right to go to the BCS game. I look forward to it.

Thanks for the mention, but I'm not sure we will be putting up much of a fight next year. But it's coming...

Really hope we get to be a part of the BE next year. Aztecs should be better next year, but so should the competition. Excited about what could be if the league is given a chance to happen.

Yep, you're right, it is coming. Love what Fuente is doing from the recruiting side of it and really love the way the season ended with exciting football and 3 blow out wins. New athletic director (thank God) that knows the importance of football and is putting emphasis on it. Plus, corporate and the big money boosters are also on board. The future definitly is bright for Memphis Tiger football.

I'm going to say it right now. UCF will have the best QB in the conference next year. And no I didn't forget about bridgewater or southwick.

SDSU is returning 18 (19 if one of our CBs gets a medical) of 22 starters.

We are going to be loaded next year.

For one season it is probably going to be a lot of fun. After that who knows but at least we hopefully have one year together.

UCF won't be a factor. They wont be eligable for a bowl game, due to a great decision to appeal the ban this year and secure the spot in the st pete bowl.

Great decision! Awesome bowl game! It was GOL's idea. He has a brilliant mind.

Don't count UCF out just yet. The Appeal hasn't been decided on yet.

I just hope everyone stays for one last year. UC has a solid football slate hosting Purdue, Boise State and Louisville. The basketball will be a lot different without Pitt and Cuse but I'd like another year with UofL, Marquette, G'town, etc.

Oh....so your QB is going to be a Heisman contender as well? Teddy B may very well be the best QB in the nation next year.

The strides that Coach Fuente and his staff made this year on the field combined with therecruiting class coming in makes me very excited about what is in our control which is playing the game. I think we will all be OK once the dust settles this time around and the first kickoff will make us quickly forget the continuing conference suffle mess.

Thanks to Clint Butt Hurt's illegal recruiting antics? He is the dirtest coach of all time. It will be interesting what the NCAA has to say about him soon.

The Heisman has nothing to do with who is the best.
