Nope, pretty clear the video was made prior to 2011, and doesn't include games from 2011 and 2012 seasons. Also pretty clear they are speaking about Division 1, the highest level of competitive play in the NCAA. Also, the division they are competing in. Are you really trying to compare this to the Toledo video?

That is a blatant lie since they have the 30th highest win% in NCAA Football history. It also says "25th in All-Time wins". Again, it does not specify FBS. Again, a blatant lie since they are 31st in all-time NCAA football wins.

And about how the video is from 2011 and the numbers are not the same now - the teams in front of Miami in terms of all-time wins were in front of Miami in 2011 (Florida, Pitt, Colorado, Washington). So, if anything, Miami has moved up (I don't think they did, but maybe, I didn't feel like double checking). Again, blatant lie in terms of claiming to be "25th in All-Time wins". And their win% has not dropped them 10 spots (or lowered their win% by 2.4%) in 2 years.

15 MAC titles in football. Not sure 20 teams have that much hardware sitting around the trophy case. Hope someday Ohio can catch Miami, but that is an impressive number in a conference where their has been a lot of good teams over the years.

Clearly everyone knows what Miami is referring to. While Wittenberg's accomplishments in Football are outstanding, they aren't ever compared with FBS.

I'm not spinning anything. If they said 20th highest win% in FBS, they'd be correct. If they said 25th most wins in FBS, they'd be correct. But they didn't. They were claiming those distinctions in all of NCAA football, and all of NCAA football includes D3, D2, FCS, FBS.

There is a difference between saying Alabama won the NCAA football title and saying Idaho won it. (when in fact we had FCS DII and DIII champs as well). Now if you said Bama won you would be ignoring FCS DII and DIII but that goes without saying.

Nothing Toledo said was factually correct *THROUGH ANY LENS* Miami has 16 out right conference titles and at least *1* East title with not conf championship (2007 I think). Right there that would be 17 (using Toledo Math).

So we're only supposed to count Division 1 records? Well, since the NCAA started classifying division numerically in the 70s, we should only be talking win/loss since then. Prior to that there were two classifications: University (big schools) and College (small schools.) MAC programs were classified as College level until 1962, so if you want to include years when we were University level, we'd have to start in 1962. I'll be sure to check Miami of hydroxide while you hold your breath.
