IDK, but the FSU series reeks of future cancellation.

Got a feeling the FSU series gets turned into a one-off game in Atlanta or Tampa

The ACC teams will have to "step up" to enhance our image.

Boise will have an ESPN deal so it will be easier to get home and home with these types of accounts.

Must be why Wyoming has home and home deals with Oregon, Missouri, and Washington State and have Hosted Texas, Nebraska, and Ole Miss in Laramie recently

He said easier, not that it was required.

That's my guess. Or one at FSU and the other in Atlanta

Good for Boise State. The Gonzaga comparison actually is pretty accurate. Even for the first few years after their initial NCAA Tournament success in the 1990s, they still had to play a lot of 1-and-done, 2-for-1 or neutral site games with power conference teams in the non-conference schedule. It took about a decade for Gonzaga to get to the point where they could legitimately ask for home-and-home series with power teams and not get the phone hung up on them. Boise is finally at that level in terms of football - they are no longer considered to be a "bad loss" perception-wise and they're a team that actually draws a lot of ticket and TV interest, so it makes sense that they're getting these higher profile games on the schedule now. Quite to the contrary, Boise State isn't a "no win" game for FSU at all - the Noles would get a ton of cred from the pollsters (who will then influence the playoff picture) from beating Boise.

Eh I still look at them like a small time gimmick team. They've had good teams and have been solid for a number of years but that game is not one I would be excited to see on my teams schedule.

You wouldn't want to see them on your teams schedule because they would kick your teams ass and make your fans burn couches (like they need an excuse to do that)

That was a little harsh. Most years I would not fear Boise State as Mountaineer fan. I'm sorry I don't respect WAC/MWC teams that play one game schedules.
Similar to those weak schedules that West Virginia played in the big east? If this is such a huge problem maybe you should convince the big 12 to invite them. They're trying to schedule better teams and yet we still have clowns like you pulling out that bs. You know what most people don't respect? Faux top 10 teams that get blown out by 30 points in. 2 straight games.

They've earned the respect like BYU did a few decades before with consistent Top 20 teams.

Based on how WVU played in the Big 12 this year I would understand why you would feel that way.

Yeah I'm sure your team has never had a season worse than 7-6 right?
