I have lived here for almost 6 years and the biggest problem I see is that we have adopted the idea that we don't want to pay any taxes, but we want the roads good, school system good, and all the other stuff that private industry doesn't do because their isn't money to be made in it.

Education score reduction equals Mexican influx. Period. I was there. I saw it and listened. The lack of taxation is relevant to infrastructure...but the education scores are irrelevant to this issue.

...and the roads are infinitely better than here both in layout and condition.
