At one time, when we were both in the SBC, in the mid 80's...the women's ODU at WKU game was one of the nation's record attended games. A little over 12,000.

- Over 21,000 students been the fastest growing university in KY for 14 years I believe
- Have one of only ~15 Math and Science Academies in the US. In 2012, US News and World Report rated the Gatton Academy for Math and Science the #1 High School in the US.
- WKU has the only Honors College in the Commonwealth
- School of Journalism is annually ranked in the top 5 in the country
- Forensics Program (speech and debate) is usually #1 in the world.

Only one negative in all that. Gatton kids suck. Obnoxious brats.
I know a few things about the Western part of Kentucky.
1. All the fun things one could want to hunt besides deer and turkey are in the Eastern part of the state.
2. Kentucky is coal country.
3. All the pretty girls are either in Indiana or in the Eastern part of the state.
4. Instead of saying ok, in Western Kentucky they say "Ar-ty".
5. They have these things that look like horses but with antlers and they call them deer. True story.

Jealous? J/K.....They are mostly the top select high school junior and senior kids from the entire state of Kentucky going to an exclusive academy on a college campus. Obnoxious goes with the territory. lol

They immediately assume everyone wants to hear their life stories in the middle of class. They attempt to make it seem like they're the smartest kids in the class, by missing questions. They are able to schedule all my ******* math and science classes before me, filling up the ones I want before I can even register. But that's less of a problem, now that I'm in the upper level classes.

Only problem with that is we are not really in western part of kentucky..If you want western part of kentucky than Murray St. would be your best bet....Obviously when WKU was named, georgraphy was not a strong suit by founders....Bowling Green is located in South Central Kentucky for all keeping notes...Coal where? Not anywhere near BG? If you think the pretty girls are in Eastern KY you obviously have not stepped foot on WKU's campus anytime soon and if you have not you need to..Your logic is from 1970 coming from someone in MIssisippi of all places, haha...

Henderson is about an hour and a half northwest...BG is 30 miles from state line of TEnn. and about 60 miles north of Nashville...

Look here, I was in Henderson.. Have you been to Henderson and looked at their women.. You yourself said you were in the Eastern part so therefore my logic is not flawed.. Kentucky is coal country. I believe around Letcher County ya'll probably still mine for Coal.

Henderson is an armpit bedroom community of Evansville, Indiana. I wouldn't expect those women to be as naturally beautiful as women in Bowling Green or the rest of Kentucky.
As to coal, there are two coal fields, the Eastern KY Coalfield in Appalachia and the Western Coalfield in a few counties around Owensboro. Bowling Green is not part of either region.

I didn't say WKU.. I just said the Western Part of Kentucky.. You getting your panties in a wad over nothing.
And yes I'll agree to Henderson being an armpit. The last night we were there, after we got done hunting, we went into Evansville to a place called Stoneys and either it'd been a week since we saw something decent or the women were hot.
