In the AMC threads, discussion about FX came up and then the idea for FX to have it's own thread

I don't particularly like raunchy humor but damn if I don't get a kick out of The League.

Louie is awesome and I am proud to say I was a viewer from day one. I tried to give Wilford a shot but I just don't enjoy it.

I just can't get into any FX comedies

Archer is hilarious. DANGER ZONE!!!

Archer and Louie are two of the funniest shows on television.

The Americans is a good show. Not Breaking Bad good but entertaining and suspenseful. If you haven't seen it, give it a try.

I watch Anger Management hoping it gets better and I'm drawn to Wilford.

I liked Terriers before it got cancelled and Lights Out.

I've just started watching Sons of Anarchy from Season 1.

Justified, Always Sunny and The Americans are staples of my TV watching list. The second season of Justified (Martindale was fantastic) might be the best series of shows I've ever seen with the exception of Breaking Bad's fourth season.

I tried Louie and got lazy with it and put it aside, I may give it another go on Netflix.

Love justified. Like sons and archer.

Defiance Numbers are REALLY good

Now if they can keep those numbers...

And like I thought no discussion since FX doesn't have many originals on at the moment.

With that said the FX/FXX split may possible hurt the company because now they have to greenlight more shows than before and may start to water down their batting average.

Have enjoyed Defiance so far and if you don't think Archer is funny there's something wrong with you. I've been meaning to check out The Americans. The premise sounds entertaining.

The Americans is part of my current rotation. Really enjoying the show. Good writing can make you empathize with anyone, even KGB sleeper agents in the 1980s.

Yeah, it was mentioned earlier in this thread so I didn't connect the dots.

I've tried to get into Sons of Anarchy but I just can't ever seem to turn the corner on that one.

Definitely a huge fan of "Justified" (was surprised to learn that one of the show's high impact stars, Walton Goggins, was born here in Birmingham) & "Sons Of Anarchy". I'm warming up to "The Americans" and was enjoying "American Horror Story" as well. "Archer" is hilarious, & occasionally, but not very often, I'll watch the comedic/satiric program hosted by W. Kamau Bell, can't recall the show's name, I'm in a workspace with this guy that hasn't shut his mouth for a minute since I got here this morning, & I can't concentrate long enough to recall the show's name.

S'all good Defiance was picked up for a second season with somewhat weak numbers so it bears to mention that maybe Syfy only picked it up cause of all the cash it poured into the project?
