In summary the D's coalition to win national elections does poorly in a house model. It's not just R gerrymandering.



The thing I would like to see is more broad consensus. The thing I think you will see with AHCA is R's just refuse to implement it. That's not a solution. You need to bring people on board to make it work. I don't think anyone with half a brain doesn't see there is a problem. We should be able to come up with a better solution than we have now. The fringes are ruining both parties.

The problem is that you can't bring people onboard to make it work because it won't work because it can't work. It would be nice for republicans to have an alternative that would work, but if they did would it go anywhere before Obamacare totally craters?
