http://news.nd.edu/news/39703-notre-dame...acilities/

"Potential areas of examination include constructing additions to the stadium to provide:

Space for classrooms, conferences, speakers, meetings, receptions and other events.
A student center for assembly and activity areas.
Resources for media, including facilities for the University’s expanding video and digital initiatives for academic purposes and external relations, as well as a press box.
A location for various hospitality functions for community and campus patrons.
Enhancements to the fan experience, including premium seating options."

You mean B1G or BIG?

Not. (At least, most ND folks hope not).

Things like logos, advertising, filed turf and Jumbotrons are the spawn of Satan to ND fans.

No, I meant Big as in Jumbotron.....I was just checking to see if you were paying attention.
Now if they would just lower the North end-zone seats so that you could see Touchdown Jesus again..........03-idea

Agreed.

I just noticed that they are going to connect the stadium with the Joyce Center (basketball arena).

Juniper Road used to run between the two, but they took that road out a few years ago.

Also, they are adding 4,000 seats in the form of luxury boxes, taking the seating capacity up to 84,000-85,000.
