If they keep improving and stay healthy along with Palacios and Padgett our frontline is going to be very good and very deep next season.

BTW the last time we went to the Final Four in the NIT the very next year we won the NCAA Title.

Both Cincy and Louisville are in the BIG EAST. The Big East has the #2 Conference RPI (2nd only to the Big 11, which didn't have a team make the Sweet 16) The Big East had 4 (1/4th of the league and got 8 teams in overall, should of been 9) After reviewing the RPI C-USA finished 13th and only got 2 bids. That was behind the WCC (1 Bid) and the A-10 (2 bids).

So Miss had a RPI of 85, which is the 10th worst RPI in the conference, only 2 teams had a worst RPI then So Miss in that 12 team Conference. lmfao, and So Miss had the Worst Non Conference Schedule in DI 185 SOS out of 334 teams. 04-chairshot 05-mafia If you think So Miss is so good, your insane, get off the drugs.

So Next I decided to waste my time and take a peep at the Eagles Schedule. :irate: So Miss only scored 35 pts @ Arkansas (NCAA Team) Only 33 vs Samford at home and lost to Denver. No postseason play). the Eagles were spanked by South Alabama (NCAA Team) and only scored Only 41 vs Memphis (Cincy had 35 in the first half and ended up with 81 01-lauramac2 lmfao .

So Miss played some bad teams during Non Conf Play.Spring Hill (NAIA), West Florida (Div II) Lost to McNeese St, William Carey (NAIA), Lost to Sam Houston St (No postseason play on the road). So Piss played all those crappy teams OOC. So Miss 3 good teams, The Rest were avg, or terrible, and only 2 good teams Out of Conference.

(Cincy only played: Dayton (Lost by 8, Won by 22), Arkansas Montichelo (DII) Won by 21, North Carolina A&T (SWAC) won by 36, beat Tennessee Tech (OVC) by 43. these teams were not that good.

UC played many more tough teams then So Miss: Memphis (lost by 10 at home) @ Connecticut (lost by 21) vs Villanova (lost by 2), vs West Virginia (won by 3, lost by 9) @ Pitt (lost by 20) vs Louisville (L by 13, and W by 6)

Southern Miss, had a Full Roster and a Full time coach. This past year UC only had 6 Scholarship players , Not even enought to go 5 on 5 in practice, UC had to add 2 football players. UC had a Interm head coach with no head coaching experience before he got the job, went 21-13 (including NIT) 8-8 in the Big East. Finished 8th out of 16 teams ahead of Louisville, Syracuse ('Cuse was an NCAA Tournament Team)

Whatever you say, you Still have NO VALID POINT, Eagleghost.

C-USA is 13 in the rpi, (Only 2 Bids) behind WCC (only 1 bid), and A-10 among the team. So Miss RPI was 85, 10 out of 12 teams Worst OC Strengh of Schedule in C-USA 185/334. If you think So Miss is so good, your insane. Just took a quick look at the Eagles Schedule. only scored 35 pts @ Arkansas (NCAA Team), 33 vs Samford at home, lost to Denver (no postseason play). (only bad teams Cincy played were: Dayton (1-1), Arkansas Montichelo Won by 20, North Carolina A&T won by 30+, beat Tennessee Tech by 30+. UC played tough teams: Memphis (lost by 10) @ Connectiuct vs Villanova (lost by 2), vs West Virginia (1-1) @ Pitt, 1-1 vs Louisville.you still have NO vaild point Eagleghost.

ucbearcat4ever, EagleGhost is not worth this much effort.

Just simply remind him that his team owns the record for the worst loss in the history of CUSA men's basketball., which as we all know, was administered by UC with an 89-37 embarrassing shellacking, where USM scored but 12 points in the second half!

If you call losing to UC by only 32 points a win, I guess that's true.

02/16/05 Cincinnati, OH (Fifth Third Arena) Cincinnati 83, Southern Miss 51

Ummmm, no. Cincinnati destroyed you the last time we played you 83-51. And the last time we played you at your run down shack out back of Mississippi we ran you out of there to 83-47. I guess Southern Miss staying within 32 points of someone is considered a "win" nowadays for them.

lmfao lmfao lmfao lmfao

I believe your mind is the one that is wasted. That was 2003. I know it was maybe the biggest win ever in USM history, so I guess that's why you think it was the last time USM and UC played?

The 2 beatdowns UC put on USM, 83-47 and 89-37, happened in 2004 and 2005.

UC beat USM 12 of the last 13 times they played them, the only loss coming in 2003 in the tournament.

SO MISS STILL SUCKS

haven't been to the
NIT since 2001 (C-USA) & NCAA since 1991 (METRO).

UC went to to the NCAA tournament 14 years straight, before this year.

SO MISS has had No Sellouts since 1995

Cincy gave SO Miss the worst beating in BBALL
and Destroyed the #25 Eagles in 2004.

EG keep saying to yourself: No Post Season Play, No Post Season Play

Team Rankings ranked all DI teams:http://teamrankings.com/ncb/

Cincy #41 Finished 20-13
2-6 vs RPI Top 25, 3-4 vs RPI 26-50, 8-2 vs RPI 51-100
So Miss #254 Finished 7-21
0-3 vs RPI Top 25, 0-3 vs RPI 26-50, 0-5 vs RPI 51-100

YOU STILL HAVE NO POINT EAGLEGHOST - WHATEVER YOU SAY SOUTHERN MISS STILL SUCKS
