Hmmm. There are not too many famous chemistry professors.

Apparently, Utah State is the answer.

Obviously a team on the move here, or a team with a short history, or both.

The first team to pop into my mind was UCF, but they are 19-20-0 vs the teams on their schedule. Close but no cigar.
