ball hits scoreboard in Dallas
Only in Dallas. The team, city and state made a scoreboard too big, so big that punters in the NFL are kicking the ball into. Everything has to be so big in Texas. The tower of football pride in America, the great Cowboys teams, now have a scoreboard that is too low and too big. Apparently, the Cowboys vs Bengals game was the second time this has happened since the new stadium opened. After the ball went into the scoreboard, a takeover followed requiring another kick from the Cowboys from the same point. The Bengals Brandon Tate returned the punt for a touchdown.

This story is old as dirt. It was a big deal the preseason before the first game there. Then it fizzled into nothing.

Most punters can hit it if they try but have no problems kicking under it and still getting max punts.

Very old news now.

Not sure how it's old news. It just happened on 8/23/13 or two weeks ago. Funny thing is, it will continue to occur over the years showing time after time how stupid the contractors and owners of the stadium really are.

You are having a hard time grasping that its happened before and was a huge story the year the stadium opened.

As far as calling the contractors and owners stupid, they have been playing NFL games and super bowls in that stadium for 4-5 years now.

Clearly the NFL thinks its not a problem.
