My home computer blew up, and now I can not get on with my other account. Everytime i request a new password it does come to my email, then i go through the process of logging on and then i must insert this scrammbled code - at that point the system says i inserted the wrong passoword name combination? Can anyone help? I have a few emails into support, but no response?

Send an email to support at csnnation dot com with the email you registered with and I'll reset the password.

cannot find the link/tab to change from temp password to permanent. Please advise!!

Where is the User control panel on this board. I changed my password and was sent a code to get me in now I want to change it to something I can remember.
