That is something that has been consistent in Tampa for the last several years, no matter who the coach has been. USF is always good for a late 15 yard penalty in a crucial situation.

It really shouldn't have been that close... take away those freaky gift fumbles and Farrows gift penalty and its a LOT more demoralizing.

Well I find myself much less impressed with Houston than last week, but it's too early to write off their chances against UCF.

Did you really think he or anybody else was going to turn it around in less than one full season?

The program is turning the corner and beginning to 'get it'. Half the penalties are on the true freshman QBs not getting his offense set...and easily correctable as it has nothing to do with ability and more with more coaching and experience.
