As a whole African Americans have removed themselves from true influence in *BOTH* political parties. The Dem's ignore the pain in the AA communities because so long as they toss some bread at them they get the votes. The GOP ignores them as a demographic because they are dem-bots.

And so the real problems in the AA community persist completely ignored by both parties.

Some AA's do very wll in this arrangement. Some make great money selling the democratic kool-aid... Ironically enough many of them treat Blacks who disagree as "house slaves".

When your community always votes as a block and has little internal political discourse you will be as a whole irreverent.

Why are Hispanics a group parties are fighting for? Because despite the fact they lean strongly dem they have internal and external dialog.

Which party pays blacks to live someplace else?

Because they have been taught that someone else is holding them down. That they cannot do for themselves and only the Democrats have their back. That narrative has been pushed by the Democrats for decades. It's also extremely racist - and a carryover from the klan days.

Thankfully, we are starting to see more minorities realize the the game and lead other minorities out of the Democratic cotton field.

So it's your contention that minorities overwhelmingly vote Democratic because they've been fooled into believing something about themselves that is not true. Politicians try that tactic all the time with all voters, so why would it get 70% to 90% of the vote with minorities (depending on the minority), but leave white people fairly split?

No. I stated a fact that minorities tend to vote for Democrats because they have touted the message that everyone is against the minority, and that they cannot do for themselves. They keep them under that spell with tax funded benefits. Thus preventing many of them from every becoming successful.

Notice in the video how many of the white liberals in that press conference don't like what they are hearing.

Regardless of he words used, it was LBJ who passed the most sweeping bills of the civil rights era. He did use offensive language but he appeared to be genuinely appalled by Jim Crow.

LBJ wasn't a great salesman. He was the most effective (if not always the most ethical) legislator of the 20th Century.

He was a bully and a thug.

Regardless of the facts...A large portion of the black community see the GOP and the KKK in the same light. The question I guess is...what is the leadership doing to dispel that notion? My guess is nothing. The GOP pretty much has written off that vote a long time ago.
