It would be a high stakes game of chicken but it would be worth it. The best outcome is keep our 12+their best 4 leftovers to form the hands down 4th best league, if not you leave room for the mwc to grab some teams to form basically thorn in the side conference. East-uconn,uc,temple,navy,ecu,ucf,usf,west virginia.west-kstate,houston,smu,mem,baylor,iowa st,tulane, tulsa. Great bball. Very good and deep fball. Seems obvious to me. That would be a lasting destination conference

I think SMU, Tulane, Tulsa are the problem. The don't bring a lot plus they bring duplicate markets. I could see staying at 10 or going to 12 but 16 doesn't make sense.

Don't really care if you think SMU is a problem. . . You can always go back to the MAC Conference. Pretty sure they will take you back

Guess that you aren't following the conversation. There is no way a decimated Big12 conference adds SMU with TCU in the league. All this MAC smack is ridiculous.
