Judas College vs. The Seventh Floor Crew
Gosh...who do you root for in this one? Is it wrong to hope for a meteor to hit the stadium?

I think what might be best is for da U to win. I'd love to see Judas get shipped off to Boise again. Maybe after a few of those trips, they'll come hat-in-hand begging us to take them back. I think that's our best bet for a ninth member because nobody else is either realistic or appealing. Getting Judas to turn Prodigal Son would also screw the Awfully Crappy Conference because then they'd be the one adding some scrubby C-DOA school to get back to 12.

I often have to root for Natural Disaster in these games. Maybe its because I just can't stand the Criminoles, St. Fredos, Thug U, or Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State Penitentiary. Even lowly Duke I just hate because they're Dook.

Root for Miami. A loss to a 5-6 Miami team would knock Boston College out of the rankings, though Miami would become bowl-eligible. But, Miami beating BC would kill two birds with one stone because Miami becoming bowl-eligible takes away a bowl option from the MWC. If Miami upset BC, Georgia, who is at home, upsets Georgia Tech, and Virginia upsets Virginia Tech and Maryland, at home, upsets Wake, wow, the ACC champion would look brutal. On a side note, if there is one ACC team you really want to root for it's Florida State, at home, against Florida. If they upset Florida it improves West Virginia chances at a BCS at-large bid if they and Louisville run the table.

Anyone else think it's funny when UL-WVU flashbacks consist of last year's game, where Miami-BC's flashbacks talke about a game over 20 years ago? lmfao

Same old BC. Different conference same choke.

Seriously, BC have been given golden opportunities twice in the last three years playing in extremely down conferences and both times they get beat at the end of the season by a barely bowl eligible team. This has got to be the least decorated "power" in college sports. I've never been to a game at BC but does the rafters theres have banners of 3rd place finishes. Cause it'd be quite bare if they only had championship banners or other significant acomplishments (like final fours).

Do you know that they are the only orginal Big East School (original 8) to not go to a final four.

I did not know that, but it is good ammo. ;-)

BC Lying Eagle Judas Priests & Boise Hotel Seventh Floor
Judas College? Looks weird. Sounds strange. I think I could get behind calling them the BC Lying Eagle Judas Priests though. I know that's a mouthful but, hey, some members of their hierarchy wouldn't have it any other way. Not that there's anything wrong with that. LOL.

As for Miami, by the way, all I can say is ... If their hos only know ... They gonna be in Boise on the seventh floor ... Yeah yeah yeah yeah ... And if those chicks only knew ... They'll be at the Smurf Turf with the whole thug crew ... What would they do ... What would they do?

I doubt a 6-6 Miami team gets a bowl bid after that nasty brawl earlier this year. If they do, the bowl season will be shown for the joke it really is. Add in a potential rematch between Michigan and Ohio State, and we may have a playoff before you know it.

They'll get one because the ACC has so many bowl tie ins. They'll go to Boise or the Emerald Bowl.

I am familiar with all of those names of course. I guess it would be an insult to an awesome heavy metal band like Judas Priest to, in any manner, associate their names with treacherous scumbags like the morally challenged individuals charged with the task of running Boston College anyway. Evil people.

Miami will finish 8th and go to Boise. Florida State will finish 7th and go to San Francisco. BC will probably get picked last among the 5-3 squads bunched up in the middle of the standings and end up in the Music City Bowl. This may actually turn out to be the most exciting weekend of the year for the ACC.

The bowl would be contractually obligated to give Miami the slot unless Miami or the ACC suspends Miami from that spot. I hate to say this, but I really believe that the ACC and Miami would use that kid's death as justification for getting a bowl slot and collecting the money, using the sympathy angle.

Miami held up their end of this. I think you can forget about Virginia upsetting Tech, and Florida losing to FSU, but Georgia over Georgia Tech is quite possible. The Dawgs have been playing very well of late.
