Great game, UConn!
You guys really brought it today 04-bow I knew you'd be a tough out in the Rent. I'm definitely proud of my 'Cats for hanging in, but I knew it wouldn't come easy today. Big win for us, big things for you guys in the future. No shame in Storrs IMO.

UConn is senselessly banged up and undermanned because of injuries and suspensions, yet they beat Pitt and took Cincinnati to the limit. Amazing. That's some quality coaching right there!

Just got back from the Rent a little while ago -

Was a disappointing loss for us considering we never trailed in the game until the last 10 seconds (just couldn't make the plays at crunch time), but I was pleasantly surprised with how well we played overall. Even Bones had his best game of the season considering the quality level of competition. Guess the seniors really wanted this one since it was their last home game.

Crowd was good (not a full house, but over 37K) - they were loud and stayed until the end! ;-)

Overall an entertaining game to watch and congrats to the Cincy faithful! Good luck in your bowl game.

Been a frustrating year for UConn - I'm already looking forward to next season. With a new recruiting class, a year for the injuries to heal, and possibly Dennis Brown taking snaps it can't come soon enough.

Tough loss as UCONN led for most of the game. Our D did not hold up in the 2nd half. Our CBs played horrible, especially Darius Butler who is normally our best CB. I think he was still hurt from the week before. Regardless, Cincy QB came through with some huge throws. I was hoping Grutza would play the whole game and if that's the case, UCONN probably could have won.

Good game Bearcats and I hope people in Cincy realize what a good team you guys have.

I think the home game against Rutgers really helped...it created an incredible memory for a pretty full house the Cats can build on next year with most of the team coming back and good home games (WVA, UofL, etc.).
If the marketing does it right, we may see 30K plus crowds next year for most games and we may have a chance to win 8 games+!!!!! We are excited about UC Football!!!!!!
