Minnesota has definitely made a bowl before, and I'm putting my money on the Sun Bowl.

Alamo Bowl..... whether there is a 2nd BigTen team in the BCS or not.
UM, OSU, and IOWA take the top3 in some order, and I think WISC, PUR, and PSU have slightly more faults and less favorable scheds than the Golden Gophers.
Besides, MINN has been to the Music City and Sun Bowls the past 2 years so it makes sense they climb one more rung of the bowl ladder.
