SEC-WEST (A) = 92.21
PAC-12(SOUTH) (A) = 81.24
BIG 12 (A) = 79.20
SEC-EAST (A) = 78.40
PAC-12(NORTH) (A) = 75.60
ACC-COASTAL (A) = 74.69
ACC-ATLANTIC (A) = 74.37
BIG TEN-EAST (A) = 74.12
BIG TEN-WEST (A) = 74.07
I-A INDEPENDENTS (A) = 68.69
MWC-MOUNTAIN (A) = 64.97
AMERICAN ATHLETIC (A) = 63.90
MISSOURI VALLEY (AA)= 63.12
MWC-WEST (A) = 62.89
MAC-WEST (A) = 60.98
CONFERENCE USA-EAST (A) = 60.82
CONFERENCE USA-WEST (A) = 59.79
SUN BELT (A) = 55.11
MAC-EAST (A) = 53.93

Looking at Sagarin, the gap between the Big 10, the lowest rated P5, and the AAC and MWC is about the same as the gap from CUSA to the Southern Conference (#20) and about the same as the gap from the Sun Belt to the Ivy League (#26). Realignment has weakened the Southern and the Colonial, but there's still not that big a gap from the MAC and Sun Belt to those two and the rest of FCS.

MVC is still strong and would be a close 3rd in a G5+1.

I don't take Sagarin's ratings of FCS teams and conferences as seriously as his FBS rankings. The MVC's ratings can be used, IMO, to compare that conference with other FCS conferences. But they are in no way comparable in strength to either the MWC (63.93 rating) or AAC (63.90). In head to head competition with those two leagues the MVC would be exposed.
