Its almost impossible to predict this game for me. I think its all up to the kids that set foot on the turf come Saturday. But they need to understand that they will be playing not only for themselves but for the jobs of their coaching staff. Nothing good will come about from a loss.

So I'm going to predict a TU win here since we are home and have had a week to rest our wounds. TSU had a hard fought loss to think over.

The kids play hard and play their best game of the year so far, but win a barn burner.

TU - 24

TSU - 21

I don't think we hold them to 21 points.....a Big 10 team didn't come close to that and that was a road game for Texas St. too. This could be a shoot out or a blow out. If Tulsa can come up with an offense, Tulsa 42-41......if they don't Texas St 40-17. This is a game to take some chances, throw the ball downfield, any trick plays, bring them out, 4th and 3 at Texas St 40 yd line go for it........Tulsa just has to figure some ways to score!!!!!

I agree with Rabid that this is a very hard game to predict. Will this team rally & turn things around, will we continue a downhill slide ?

I think the 1st qtr. is key. The coaches have spent 2 weeks getting the team's confidence back. Early success may be needed to keep that confidence going. This team can't play defense on it's heels like it did against FAU. I hope we see some new defenders out there & we see a Tulsa team playing with real intensity. If we do, I can see a score of TU 34 Texas St. 27. If not, I see another loss. [/i]
