Mobile home construction has come a long, long way. They aren't the stapled together pieces of crap they used to be. I was amazed at how durable they were after two fires we had in newer mobile homes. We made good stops and they were both repaired.

When compared to the lightweight construction techniques used in stick built homes today I would seriously consider a newer mobile home over one built in a new subdivision. Most of the time with fires in newer stick built construction we make a comparable stop they still haul the house away in a dump truck.

No doubt. The only thing I don't like about a trailer is the thin walls they have. But I think you have all of that replaced with sheetrock now, once the mobile home is in place.

Anybody that gets violent in these protests should be treated as a domestic terrorist anyways, as should all gang members.
