Great win NC State.

Va Tech up 26-10....looking great.

So far a solid bowl season, minus UNC not showing up to the game, for the ACC.

VT 13 - Cincy 10

It did look that way, but we couldn't capitalize. Can't let that happen. Then one play pretty much ends the game. Fumble recovery touchdown and knocking Kiel out of the game leaves us with no QB. Can't come back 17 points without a wide receiver or running back playing QB.

Seems like V Tech and UC will just continue to trade blows back and forth.

I'd like to take some credit for VT's performance so far. As part of our football pickem this year I incorrectly picked the winner in 5 of VT's last 6 games. When I picked UC in the bowl pickem, thinking they could win the game with only around 17 points, that was a death knell for the Bearcats!

UNC only showed up for about 3-4 games all year. Is it a surprise? Other than their games with ND, Duke, Pitt, and GT did they turn in a full game in their other 9 games?

Is it just me or does Cincinnati always seem to have quality depth at QB? Seems like every time they need to bring in a backup he performs very well.

Its not just you Mark. I have been watching Cinci ever since they came in the BE and it seems that they have always had the luxury of having good depth at QB. One year, they had maybe 5 different QBs play during the season and did not miss a beat. Must be a lot of QB talent in Ohio.

We've needed it too. Last time UC had a starter start and finish the season healthy was 2005. Pretty crazy.

So two ACC teams that were both 3-5 in league play took down two of the three AAC co-champs and neither game was particularly close. Doesn't say much about the AAC.

No, it doesn't. But we really need to get some P5 wins as those are the only ones that are really going to count in most people's eyes...

ASU scored to make it 27-17, then Duke drove to the 10... and fumbled.

Meanwhile Miami only kicks FGs and trails SC 6-7

Does Miami have ANYTHING beside Duke Johnson? UM 6, SC 17.

(How did VT lose to the Canes? or the Pirates? or the Deacs? or... nevermind)

Ok, so:

Duke loses, unranked to #15 ASU -- ACC still gets reamed for losing.

BUT, can salvage pretty well if they can pull off:

BC tied 7-7 to PSU...

Miami down 14-17 to SC in the 4th...

...c'mon Eagles & Canes
