Racing sponsorship renewed by Liberty
One has to hand it to Liberty as they think and try things outside the box to promote themselves. In the past week, on the school site and in the Roanoke/Lynchburg press, Liberty has renewed their driver sponsorship in the K&N race series, an article on a champion snow boarder promoting the Snowflex ski site, and another update on athletic expansion mentions of football and softball. There's also a big push for their COF (College for a weekend) coming up at the end of the year. Like them or dis them, you have to acknowledge their creativity in marketing and promoting themselves. Plus this week the local TV stations reported how LU just became only the 6th facility in the country to have their fight simulation program certified in their aviation program.

Me, I'm just a fan who follows and enjoys their athletic programs. I do marvel how much and how fast they have achieved in a short time span. It's amazing all that they are doing.
