And while his daughter is a sophomore, he has two sons who are now enrolled at LCA. So that concern doesn't hold water. He's going to be here a long time if he has any choice in the matter. Even when he was at UVa, he was a Liberty evangelist selling the school to tons of folks in Charlottesville and beyond. Ritchie is LU to the core. And this is not second-hand knowledge I am sharing.

It seems most all conversation here about McKay has been respectful. No one is questioning his skill set. It's actually healthy to have this dialogue. It's bring the issue to the forefront and gives time for everyone to pause and reflect. It's okay if we don't initially agree that we all think it was the best hire. Once he begins winning, most all of these posts will be long forgotten. Only if he loses, and for whatever reasons does not remain, will this ever be an issue. Winning will remove most all these questions.

I agree mostly. He will have to win the right way and not at any cost. I don't mean cheating, I mean players that fit the Liberty way.
