The plight of Wake
Well my info man/woman read my posts. Sorta spanked me around a tad. Didn't like how a few things shook out in my guesses. Still agreed with the them. They also didn't see that many teams involved. One thing I was scolded on was Wake. To lesser degree BC. I am told both could give up football(drop to INDY or lesser level). Still both would be in for all sports. Time will take care of that matter. Basically this person thinks both wake and bc will tire of football stiphens. Probably play INDY ball. THey could see Wake only giving 75 scholies for football and still play schedule that would fit them. For example....

WAKE 2025 schedule...Just possible nothing more

UNC(ACC)
DOOK(ACC)
STATE(SEC)
VT or CLemson(ACC) Money game for them when home.
ARMY
NAVY(ND/PSU league)
BC(INDY?)
UVA or GT(ACC)
ODU(conf usa)
Tulane(pvt school like wake)
Appy St (regional rivalry)

and game 12 would be
Some lower tier team for easy win. HOPEFULLY

In reality this leaves Wake away from ACC football where it brings nothing. Plus gives their fans something to look at and enjoy. Some of teams above would be replaced I am sure. You can see the point!

Of the four NC schools Wake Forest is the only one to have won an ACC Championship in football in the past 25 years.

Last ACC football Championship

Duke - 1989
NC State - 1979
UNC - 1980
Wake - 2006

That is complete nonsense with regard to BC. Your source is just making stuff up. BC is fully committed to FB and will do what is required to maintain a competitive program in the ACC. It will soon announce plans for a new indoor practice facility; this following other major investments in the program.

Your source is full of crap on this one and clearly knows absolutely nothing about BC.

Oh, and BTW, if you are going to talk about the implications of stipends, you might want to at least learn how to spell the word. "Stiphens"? Really? Geez.
