Hey that B12 is looking pretty solid buddy. Having a couple of your best teams lose to Sun Belt and CUSA teams is going to do wonders for your conference's perception. Good job.

That was hard fought game last night. Still stunned at how many offensive rebounds Purdue got.
Ellis took a couple of shots to the kisser and had to have the blood cleaned up. So he got frustrated.
Good luck to Purdue next season.

Well, the fact that you are saying that it is not an original reference while at the same time Cincy actually had a player thrown out of the game for throwing a punch, that actually leads one to believe there may be something to such a reference.

Yeah...except that reference is like 15 years old and not remotely true or applicable to Mick's program. And Ellis did not throw a punch, so not sure where that is coming from. Sorry your B1G feathers got ruffled last night.

Who cares? The AAC's best team (SMU) got beat by a team that many AAC fans felt didn't belong in the tourney. The other barely escaped Purdue. Not a real good showing for the AAC

The Big 12 will be fine even if our perception was tarnished a little. I would imagine that quite a few AAC fans would love to be in Baylor's shoes right now.

I understand UC's win was ugly...BUT it is a win. I don't care if every win in March is that ugly. All it matters is you won.

I just want to know why Texas Tech fans continue to come here and attack UC. You all said you were happy when Tuberville left TT and came to UC. Why do you continue to try and attack everything UC?

Yeah, on a BS call. The AAC has the current National Champion, and everyone in our conference knew it would be a down year. Not too mention, Temple got screwed over.

Next year the AAC should be a very dangerous league.

I didn't attack UC or their fans. This thread has nothing to do with Tuberville except acknowledge he was a horrible hire and fit for Texas Tech. Kinbgsbury might be an equally bad hire but he re-united the fan base after the Leach fiasco/Tuberville hire.

I didn't see other fans on this thread attacking UC. Maybe G5 fans are a little defensive because of the conference they reside in.

Why do UC fans feel the need to bring up Kingsbury's record? Stirring the pot?

Probably because UC fans have been going through 2+ years of regular trolling by Tech fans coming here and running their mouth about UC.

I'm new here and get trolled by UC and UH fans all the time. I got a PM from Fresh (Tech fan) welcoming me to the site but I haven't seen any trolling from Tech fans.

I haven't trolled anyone so maybe everyone needs to get over the past. Every school has bad apples/over zealous fans.

RaiderRed,

I would like to extend the olive branch to you. Sorry for being snippy to you but people are correct above that every Texas Tech fan we have run across has been nothing but a complete bunch of assclowns the past two years. They have trolled our boards, they've trolled this forum, they follow along national articles and make comments.... it has truly been a nightmare.

Again, I am more than willing to be at peace with you if that is truly your intent.
